Nike US 10 is 27.1 cm and the nearest Reebok US is also 10 (EU 44). The printed ladder is 1:1 from US 6 (23.5 cm) through US 13 (29.7 cm). The wear-box “Nike 10 ≈ Reebok 10.0” is that centimeter match — it does not say Dunk and Club C 85 share a last. Reebok prints EU 44 at that US 10; Nike lifestyle pages on this site often print EU 43.5 for the same US 10. Labels can disagree even when the cm column agrees.
Nike lasts split hard: Air Force 1 '07 often feels long (many half down); Dunk Low and Pegasus 41 are closer TTS length references; Vomero 5 follows the running last, not the AF1 tongue. Club C 85 is TTS in length with a tennis last that can feel narrow (wide feet often half-up). A chart-matched Dunk 10 can still pinch in Club C; an AF1 you already half-down can undersize the Reebok if you carry 9.5 across because “the chart is 1:1.”
Convert from Dunk/Pegasus or from 27.1 cm, not from an AF1 you already half-down. If Club C feels narrow, that is a width half-up on the tennis last — not a reason to also add an AF1 downsize. Half a size on this table is 26.7 → 27.1 → 27.5 cm. Spend it on Club C taper versus Nike room, not on stacking two brand habits.
