This ladder is not 1:1. Adidas US 10 is 27.1 cm and the nearest Converse US is 9.5 (EU 43) — that is the wear-box. Adidas US 9.5 (26.7 cm) also lands on Converse 9.5. Adidas US 9.0 (26.2 cm) maps to Converse 8.5 (EU 42); Adidas 10.5 (27.5 cm) maps to Converse 10.0 (EU 44). The matcher bunches two Adidas labels onto one Converse size when both centimeters sit closer to that Converse row than to the next.
Chuck Taylor All Star High and Chuck 70 High on this site both run long in length (official half-down, offset −0.5). The chart has already moved Adidas 10 onto Converse 9.5. Do not also half-down the Chuck on top of that printed 9.5 or you double-cut. If you already wear Gazelle a half down, that is a terrace length quirk — it is not a second Converse cut. Samba stays TTS length but narrow; a skinny Samba 10 can still feel different in a roomy Chuck canvas even at the charted 9.5.
Read the row you actually wear. Adidas 6.5 (24.0 cm) collapses to Converse 6.0; Adidas 12.0 (28.8 cm) collapses to Converse 11.5. Wide feet may stay at the Converse label the table printed. Half a size on the Adidas column around US 10 is 26.7 → 27.1 → 27.5 cm; both of the first two still print Converse 9.5. Use the cm column, not a “always minus half” story.
