Keen US 10 is 27.0 cm here; the nearest Nike US is 10, with Nike’s EU at that row showing 43.5 on this table (Nike’s own lifestyle charts on other pages often print EU 44 at US 10). US labels match; EU may not. Newport H2 is a wide, toe-bumper sandal/shoe last. Air Force 1, Dunk, Pegasus, and Vomero are not.
A 1:1 US match still feels wrong if you treat Keen’s roomy toebox as a length cue. People who wear Newport TTS because of the bumper often find Dunk snug at the same number and AF1 long. Use 27.0 cm as the length ticket, then apply each Nike model’s own offset: AF1 frequently half down; Dunk/Pegasus closer to TTS; Vomero TTS with extra-wide options on some SKUs.
