This page starts from Hoka’s own centimeter, not Nike’s. Hoka US 10 is 27.0 cm — not 27.1 — and the nearest On US is also 10 (EU 44). The ladder is 1:1 from US 6 (23.4 cm) through US 13 (29.6 cm). The wear-box “Hoka 10 ≈ On 10.0 (about 27.0 cm)” is that match. Sibling Nike→Hoka tables print 27.1 at Nike US 10; here the source column is Hoka, so the cm is a millimeter shorter at the same US 10.
US 1:1 still is not a last match. Clifton 9 and Bondi 8 are TTS length on this site (Bondi the roomier daily; Clifton a touch less roomy in the forefoot; Speedgoat a trail last). Cloud 5 is the snug On everyday shoe (often half up); Cloudmonster and Cloudsurfer are the more forgiving On family. A Clifton 10 that already fits should not automatically become Cloud 5 10.5 just because “On runs small” — convert from the Hoka size that fits, then apply Cloud 5’s offset once if that is the model you are buying.
Half a size on this table is 26.6 → 27.0 → 27.4 cm. That is labeled length, not a substitute for Hoka Wide or for Cloudmonster’s volume. If you already wear Bondi TTS and jump to Cloud 5, expect the speed-lace to feel tighter at the same 27.0 cm ticket. Do not stack a Hoka Wide size-up and a Cloud 5 half-up on top of this 1:1 chart.
