Chart cm is approximate foot length for label matching — not a lab internal cut. Use the cm converter to map foot length across brands.
On Cloud 5 is frequently called shorter and narrower than Cloudmonster, and the elastic speed-lace keeps a snug wrap. Half a size up is common for all-day comfort or wider feet; narrow feet wanting a sleek fit can try TTS first.

This page’s RunRepeat cut at US men's 9 publishes 89.5 mm forefoot width only — the lab note calls it the narrowest in the RR walking set, with no published toebox width and no internal length. We do not invent those fields. On chart cm for that same US 9 is 26.1 cm of foot length; US 10 is 27 cm; US 10.5 is 27.4 cm. There is no Wide SKU on this page. Length advice is the converter offset +0.5 US (runs small), not a missing cavity number.
89.5 mm at US 9 is why the width note says narrower/streamlined vs Cloudmonster and why the elastic speed-lace stays snug. The wear-box maps Cloud 5 US 10 to Cloudmonster 9.5 and Cloudsurfer 9.5 (offset −0.5 vs Cloud 5). If you already half-up in Cloud 5 from your usual size, that larger number is extra length in Cloudmonster — convert from the Cloud 5 size that fits, which already includes the +0.5. Do not take usual 10 → Cloud 5 10.5 and then also stay 10.5 in Monster.
If your measured foot is 26.1 cm, chart US 9 is the length ticket; the +0.5 offset then starts many wearers at 9.5. Half a size on this table is 26.6 → 27.0 → 27.4 cm. Spend it once for the short/narrow last. Empty toebox and internal-length fields stay empty on purpose. Speed-lace lockdown is volume, not a second centimeter.
