Brooks US 10 is 27.1 cm and the nearest Nike US is also 10 (EU 43.5). The printed ladder is 1:1 in US labels from US 6 (23.5 cm → Nike EU 38.0) through US 13 (29.7 cm → Nike EU 47.0). The wear-box “Brooks 10 ≈ Nike 10.0” is that centimeter match — it does not say Ghost 16 and Air Force 1 share a last. Nike’s EU column on this table is the Nike chart (43.5 at US 10), not a Brooks EU reprint.
Ghost 16 is TTS as a high-volume daily trainer — use Brooks B/D/2E (and extra-wide) instead of oversizing length. Glycerin 21 is the other linked Brooks last, not a Nike lifestyle shoe. Nike splits the other way: AF1 often feels long (many half down); Dunk Low and Pegasus 41 are closer TTS length references; Vomero 5 follows the running last. A chart-matched Ghost 10 can still feel long in AF1 and short in a tapered Dunk.
Convert from the Brooks size that fits in length with the correct width letter. Do not copy a Ghost 2E habit onto AF1 as extra length, and do not copy an AF1 half-down onto Ghost. Half a size on this table is 26.7 → 27.1 → 27.5 cm. Spend it on Nike last versus Brooks width, not on stacking two brand habits.
Even when charts match, lasts differ. Check these guides:
