Jordan US 10 is 27.1 cm and the nearest Vans US is also 10 (EU 44). The printed ladder is 1:1 from US 6 (23.5 cm) through US 13 (29.7 cm). The wear-box “Jordan 10 ≈ Vans 10.0” is that centimeter match — it does not say Air Jordan 1 High and Old Skool share a last. Both columns print EU 44 at that US 10.
AJ1 is the TTS length reference; AJ4 is TTS in length but narrow across the metatarsals (wide feet often half-up, especially on pre-2023 retros). Vans skate lasts are low-volume with a shallow toebox: Old Skool, Authentic, Classic Slip-On, and Sk8-Hi are linked as TTS length, with Authentic the slimmer sibling. A chart-matched AJ1 10 can still feel roomy in padded Jordan leather and tight in Old Skool; an AJ4 you already half-up for width can overshoot Vans length.
Convert from the Jordan size that fits in length. Do not copy an AJ4 width half-up onto Old Skool, and do not add a second Vans-model offset on top of the brand chart. Half a size on this table is 26.7 → 27.1 → 27.5 cm. Spend it on Vans volume, not on recreating Jordan collar room.
Even when charts match, lasts differ. Check these guides:
