Both are Nike models, but lasts differ. Cortez is labeled Runs Small (Size up half a size — especially if average-to-wide feet). Dunk Low is True to Size (True to size; half up if wide).
Nike Cortez commonly runs short and narrow versus modern sneakers. Most wearers size up half a size; wide feet may still feel squeezed. Narrow feet can sometimes stay TTS for a locked vintage fit. Recent Cortez updates stay true to that slim heritage last.
Dunk Low is a common TTS Nike reference — closer and more tapered than Air Force 1. Average feet take their usual size; wide feet may prefer half up. Do not copy an AF1 size-down into Dunks without checking.
