Converse US 10 is 27.4 cm and the nearest Vans US is 10 (EU 44). The wear-box “Converse 10 ≈ Vans 10.0” is that match. It is not the same centimeter as Nike’s 27.1 at US 10. Converse US 6 prints 23.8 cm here; Vans on sibling brand tables often sit at 23.5 for US 6. The US numbers line up on this page, but the Converse column is the longer-labeled last.
Chuck Taylor/Chuck 70 are long canvas with heel-slip complaints; Vans skate lasts (Old Skool, Authentic, Slip-On) are low-volume with a shallow toebox. Same US 10 after the cm match can still feel tighter in Authentic than in a Chuck you already half-down.
