Question 1

How do I convert Skims clothing size to Uniqlo?

Accepted Answer

Match by the same size system (letter or waist), then adjust for each line’s fit offset. Example: Skims L ≈ Uniqlo L on the shared ladder (draft). Cut still matters more than the label.

Question 2

Is a Skims M the same as a Uniqlo M?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Letter and waist labels map differently across brands, and slim vs straight cuts change how a size feels. Use line guides, not brand averages alone.

Skims Letter	Step	Uniqlo Letter
XS	0	XS
S	1	S
M	2	M
L	3	L
XL	4	XL
XXL	5	XXL
