Both are UGG models, but lasts differ. Classic Short II is labeled True to Size (True to size; if between sizes size down). Classic Mini is True to Size (True to size; if between sizes size down).
Classic Short II follows the same Classic family rule: true to size with a snug start that loosens as lining compresses. Between whole sizes, size down rather than up. Sizing up full sizes often leaves a permanently loose shaft.
Classic Mini should feel snug at first — sheepskin compresses and molds, so sizing up a full size is usually a mistake. Whole sizes only; between sizes, round down. Wide feet or thick socks are the main reasons to go up.
