Both are New Balance models, but lasts differ. 574 is labeled True to Size (Start TTS; use 2E/4E for width — half up only if D still snug). 327 is Runs Narrow (True to size in length; half up if wide or between sizes).
574 is generally true to size in length with an accommodating SL-2 forefoot, but some owner datasets call standard D snug and prefer half up. Prefer official 2E/4E over guessing length if you already know you need wide. TTS vs half-up camps both appear — Partial.
New Balance 327 is usually true to size in length but slimmer through midfoot and toe than 574/990s. Narrow-to-average feet TTS; wide feet often go half up because wide widths are rarely offered. Coming from Nike, some also prefer half up.
